I'm so excited to work with you! Fill out our client intake form on the project request page of and schedule a complimentary 15 minute call. From there, we will see if I am a good fit for your project needs.

What is the process like?

Each client and project has a unique process. If we're working on your logo, you will have to start by completing a questionnaire. If you need a website, you'll be preparing content and sending over professional photos for my review. We're working together, so it's important to complete your homework. Whatever the project may be, it'll be fun work and we will be communicating often.

What is your availability?

Business hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturaday from 11-3pm. Due to the high volume of emails we receive, please allow us 24 to 48 hours to reply. Projects are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We typically booked two months in advance, we only work with a limited number of clients. If you have a preferred project completion date, it's best that you contact me.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required for all branding projects. Deposits are 50% of the total cost, and are due on the day you book and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of your project.

What will the turnaround time be on my project?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround times can be anywhere from 5-6 days (logos) to 2-5 weeks (websites) depending on the project type. We will discuss estimated completion times and deadlines for deliverables before we begin. Also keep in mind that you will play a major role in the project timeline by completing homework, preparing text content, and sending professional photos, all on time.

How will we communicate during my project?

We will be in communication via email. There are and can be so many changes that take place during the process and in order to keep tabs on it all we perfer to keep it in a simple email thread. However, if we need to schedule a time to communicate via phone or Zoom we are happy to accommodate.

Question 7

Will I be able to make updates to my site?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Actually, once we complete the design, we will hand the web design over to you so you have full control. We will complete a 30-45min how-to session. If you ever need updates or redesign in the future that you feel they are a little too complex, we can give you a quote based on the changes that need to be made.

Question 8

How many drafts and revisions do I receive?

While in the creative process, 2 rounds of revisions are allowed for every project. After the included revisions, additional revisions will be based on my hourly rate of $50/hr.

We're in the middle of my project. Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non-refundable. If we started building your brand, we will review your work, and you will be invoiced at my hourly rate of $50/hr.

We design our custom built websites across Wix and Shopify platforms for our clients. These are amongst the top elite platforms that works best for informative and eCommerce websites.
